Service response times are flexible to suit our customers. Calls are always completed within the time limit agreed with the customer. We carry a wide range of service stock at all times to minimise response times, this of course reduces costs all round.

We are great believers in the theory that if we look after our customers, then they will continue to trade with us and they will tell others about us. Most of our work is generated from referrals.

Our main objective is to provide a fast, professional and friendly service to our valuable customers, without hurting their pockets. We are prepared to offer service to customers existing CCTV systems as well as our own installations.

We provide 12 months parts and labour cover on all our installations, or with a 5-year plan if required. We can also provide Service on a call out basis charged by the hour. We are constantly monitoring the market to ensure that our costs and services are the most attractive.
